About SCBI

These international graduate programs cover a wide range of basic and applied sciences, with the aim to promote a deeper understanding of living organisms and their environment, and to provide students with the means to use this understanding to improve long-term survival and human welfare.

Objective:

SCBI aims to provide a thorough understanding of environmental science and technology issues and currently available techniques for environmental biology management, emphasizing the use of biology and environmental biotechnology techniques, e.g., bioremediation and phytoremediation, as tools to manage environmental problems.
