Admission
Toxicology (International Program)
Master Degree Program (M.Sc.)
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Dentistry, Veterinary Science, Pharmacy, Nursing, Engineering, Public Health, Science or other equivalent bachelor degree.
- cumulative GPA of 2.50.
Doctoral Degree Program (Ph.D.)
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in basic or health science, with honors and/or have published research work in international journals. A cumulative GPA of 3.50.
- Hold a Master’s Degree in science or health science, GPA of more than 3.00 , with a TOFEL score of 500 or pass the English examination offered by the Faculty of Graduate Studies.
Note: Exemptions to any of the above conditions may be granted by the Graduate Program Committee and the Dean of Faculty of Graduate Studies only under exceptional circumstances.
Successful applicants
- Undertake and complete course work comprising core courses and elective subjects
- 24 credits for M.Sc.
- 36 Credits for Ph.D.
- Ph.D. candidates are required to pass the comprehensive examinations (both written and oral)
- Commence research and thesis projects
- Defend thesis proposal
Requirement
Master Degree Program (M.Sc.)
- Undertake and complete course work comprising not less than 12 credits of core courses and elective subjects and 12 credits of thesis, total credit for the program not less than 36 credits, with GPA not less than 3.00.
- Pass the English Proficiency Examination offered by the Faculty of Graduate Studies, Mahidol University, or have a TOEFL score more than 500.
- Successfully defend the thesis proposal at least 3 months before the defense of the dissertation.
- Complete a thesis research and successfully defend the dissertation required for graduation according to Faculty of Graduate Studies, Mahidol University.
Doctoral Degree Program (Ph.D.)
- Undertake and complete course work comprising not less than 24 credits of core courses and elective subjects and 12 credits of thesis, total credit for the program not less than 36 credits, with GPA not less than 3.00.
- Pass the English Proficiency Examination or have a TOEFL score more than 500.
- Successfully pass the qualifying examination both the written and oral parts
- Successfully defend the thesis proposal
- Complete a thesis research and successfully defend the dissertation required for graduation according to Faculty of Graduate Studies, Mahidol University.
- The Ph.D. thesis must be accepted for publication in an international journal or an academic journal that has a peer review process
